Sample City explores the art of sampling that many hip-hop, rap, and electronic artists use in their music. The song being sampled would play first, followed by the song that is sampling the track. Talk breaks would discuss the music and how samples give a deeper look into what kinds of music artists gain inspiration from. Breaks would be short to keep the emphasis on the music, but would have an element of humor to keep the listener from tuning out.
