Moonage Daydream is WTBU's very own time capsule show. Inspired by the Voyager Golden Record---the gold-plated vinyls that NASA sent on the voyager space probes with the greatest music and encapsulation of humanity for any extraterrestrial intelligent life to find---we explore the use of music in representing a time period, a culture, a zeitgeist. With a different theme each week, we create our own golden records, using the breaks to explore the selections, talk about alternative media inclusions, and the weekly theme as a whole.
