The show will explore psychedelic music. This includes psychedelic rock, pop, electronic, jazz, folk, and R&B. I'd like to zero in on the definition of psychedelic being anything that expands your palate and makes one think of music (or art, or life!) differently, and the many different kinds of music that can fit that description. The focus will be on music from the 21st century. I would utilize a format of playing 2-3 songs at a time and then talking in between about the background, properties, and/or cultural significance of those songs.
