Musicophilia is a 2-hour progressive variety show from WTUL's DJ MB, every second and third Friday from 10 PM-Midnight. Each show is structured, more or less, around a theme (e.g., genre, artist, album anniversary, year, pop culture figure, world event, etc.) to explore the interconnectedness between musical genres and the important role that music plays in all our lives.

Greetings, friends! Somehow, some way, we've managed to make it to (almost) the end of 2023. While the holidays approach, and while there are many things in the world to contend with, let's take a moment to reflect on some of the best musical discoveries of the past year and remember that there is still some joy to be had! Tonight, I am going to play my Top 10 albums of 2023, along with other gems (local and otherwise) released and re-released over the past 12 months. Thanks, as always, for tuning in.
