After a 10 year radio hiatus Shaggy is back with his “Shenanigans” Each hour commonly features “musical collages” containing instrumental, spoken word , odd sounds or maybe animal noises punctuated by lost or seldom played gems of progressive rock. Shows draw heavily on the 1960’s and 1970″s combined with snippets of pop-culture and ambient instrumental music. Don’t be surprised to hear old SNL sketches, random comedy bits or famous historical speeches alongside early jazz fusion, Canterbury School like Pink Floyd or Caravan and songs of humpback whales only to be interrupted by Eartha Kitt singing in French.
