Democracy Now! is a national, daily, independent, award-winning news program airing on over 450 stations in North America. The program is hosted by award-winning journalists Amy Goodman and Juan Gonzalez and produced out of the Downtown Community Television Center, a community media center in New York City’s Chinatown. Democracy Now!’s War and Peace Report provides our audience with access to people and perspectives rarely heard in the U.S.corporate-sponsored media, including independent and international journalists, ordinary people from around the world who are directly affected by U.S. foreign policy, grassroots leaders and peace activists, artists, academics and independent analysts. In addition, the War and Peace Report hosts real debates – debates between people who substantially disagree, such as between the White House or the Pentagon spokespeople on the one hand, and grassroots activists on the other.

Freeform Fryday with Arjay is a modern day free-form rock and roll radio show that pays tribute to the heady daze of 70′s underground FM. Progressive, psychedelic, garage, folk, and blues-rock classics of yesterday are combined with new releases, live concert recordings and in studio performances by local artists that will stir the ashes of long dormant dreams and make your heart take wing. “Turn on, Tune in, and Trip out!”
