Into The Wild is the weekend warrior’s information source for ski touring, rock climbing, mountain biking, paddling, and hiking adventures on Vancouver Island. Along with on-air guests from the local outdoors community and an eclectic mix of indie music, Into The Wild broadcasts the latest outdoor beta with weather forecasts, snow and avalanche bulletins, paddler’s reports and ongoing backcountry access information. Co-hosted by ski dirt bag, Meaghan Douglas and coastal hikes and waters buff, Currin Windecker, CHLY’s only outdoor recreation program is the adventurer’s guide to exploring wild places on Vancouver Island.
