Copyrights for "I Take My Sugar to Tea" are in the names of the three songwriters (see above.), their family members and the Famous Music Corp., publisher of the sheet music, and are all dated January 20, 1931. The movie Monkey Business was released by Paramount Pictures, about 8 months later on September 19, 1931. Whether Fain, Kahal and Norman, who all worked for Paramount Studios in Hollywood at the time, wrote the song specifically for Monkey Business or not is not yet clear to us.

From Iceland, Music has always been a huge part of my life since i can remember myself. I’ve played bass guitar in bands and all that stuff, but not that much really. But regarding when it became “my thing”. I have to say it was around 2014 after listening extensively to beats by my favorite producers like Pete Rock, J Dilla, Buckwild, 9th Wonder, Vanilla and plenty more.

I think I am unique in the production music world.  I write lyrics and do my own vocals, in addition to composing and arranging all of the horns, strings, and instrumentation in a jazz format.   I know there are others out there too but its a nice little niche for me.

River: The Joni Letters is an album by jazz pianist Herbie Hancock that was released by Verve in 2007. The Amboy Dukes were an American rock band formed in 1964 in Chicago, Illinois, and later based in Detroit, Michigan.[1] They are known for their one hit single "Journey to the Center of the Mind". The band's name comes from the title of a novel by Irving Shulman. In the UK the group's records were released under the name of The American Amboy Dukes because of the existence of a British group with the same name.The band went through a number of personnel changes during its active years, the only constant being lead guitarist and composer Ted Nugent. The band transitioned to being Nugent's backing band before he discontinued the name in 1975
