One Eskimo, stylized as One eskimO, is an English indie rock band formed in 2004 by lead singer Kristian Leontiou, sound designer Craigie Dodds and drummer/percussionist Adam Falkner. They are also an animated band that are fronted by four fictional unnamed characters, that are referred to as Eskimo (Vocals/Keys), Penguin (Lead Guitar), Monkey (Bass Guitar/Horns), and Giraffe (percussion). These characters are present in media such as album artwork, music videos, online content, and sometimes appear in live shows.

The narrator sings about fleeing the police in his car with a stash of cannabis, with the term "chocolate" being a euphemism for cannabis. Lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Matthew Healy called the song "a love letter to the authority figures in our town – you know about small town boredom, both by the kids and by the police

The album artwork for Mothership was created by Swedish illustrator and artist Mattias Adolfsson, who has previously created the album artwork for six of Dance Gavin Dance's studio albums. The album cover depicts a "mothership" in the upper sector of the photo in the shape of an infinity sign whilst citizens praising its arrival on the ground below. Easter eggs are also illustrated in the album's artwork, including the Death Star-inspired space ship as seen on the band's 2008 self-titled studio album.

Hot Chocolate are a British soul band popular during the 1970s and 1980s, formed by Errol Brown and Tony Wilson. The act had at least one hit every year from 1970 to 1984, and their 1975 song "You Sexy Thing" made the Top 10 in three decades.[2]

Ween formed their own label in 2001, Chocodog Records, which oversaw the release of several self-produced live sets. Paintin' the Town Brown, which was compiled and mastered by the band, was meant to be the first Chocodog release. According to Melchiondo, once the album was completed, Elektra realized the sales potential of the CD and denied Ween the right to release it through Chocodog. Later, Ween released the first official Chocodog album, Live in Toronto. The limited-pressing CD, available exclusively through the band website, became an instant collector's item. Subsequent Chocodog releases were produced in higher volumes to meet demand.

Garage Classical is a compilation album by British disc jockey DJ Spoony with Katie Chatburn and The Ignition Orchestra, released on 18 October 2019, on the Since 93 label. The album contains covers of classic UK garage tracks and features appearances from Paloma Faith, Sugababes, Lily Allen, Emeli Sandé, Gabrielle, So Solid Crew and more. UK garage, also known as UKG, is a genre of electronic music originating from England in the early 1990s. The genre emerged from styles such as garage house, R&B, jungle, and dance-pop, and usually features a distinctive 4/4 percussive rhythm with syncopated hi-hats, cymbals and snares, and sometimes includes irregular kick drum patterns.

Dahl disowned the film, the script of which was partially rewritten by David Seltzer after Dahl failed to meet deadlines. Dahl said he was "disappointed" because "he thought it placed too much emphasis on Willy Wonka and not enough on Charlie", as well as the casting of Gene Wilder instead of Spike Milligan. Dahl was also "infuriated" by the deviations in the plot Seltzer devised in his draft of the screenplay, including the conversion of Slugworth, a minor character in the book, into a spy (so that the film could have a villain) and the "fizzy lifting drinks" scene along with music other than the original Oompa Loompa compositions (including "Pure Imagination" and "The Candy Man"), and the ending dialogue for the film.  In 1996, Dahl's second wife, Felicity, commented on her husband's objections towards the film saying "they always want to change a book's storyline. What makes Hollywood think children want the endings changed for a film, when they accept it in a book?"

The album was certified Gold by the RIAA in November 2007.[2] Having sold 724,000 copies in the United States, it is the best-selling film soundtrack/holiday album hybrid since Nielsen SoundScan started tracking music sales in 1991.

The project stemmed from Davis sitting in his New York City apartment in the summer with the windows open, listening to the sound of the streets. He wanted to record an album of music that captured these sounds. In early 1991, Davis called up his friend Russell Simmons and asked him to find some young producers who could help create this kind of music, leading to Davis' collaboration with Easy Mo Bee.

German producer The Breed might have invented the genre c-funk: chillhop g-funk. Blending g-funk with boom-bap and soulful beats, The Breed (who remains a private faceless figure) recently released a ten song album through Chillhop Records called Smunchiiez. Smunchies is a slang word for munchies after having sex with someone. Two great things together. Sweets and Sweethearts.
