Kate Bornstein (she/they) is a non-binary trans person, playwright, performer, author and educator. I am playing an interview I did with Kate in 2012. She was touring with her book βA Queer and Pleasant Danger: A Memoir.β She spoke about her plays, performances, non-binary/trans/queer theory and her new book.
Venus de Mars (she/her) is trans multidisciplinary artist and founder of the band Venus de Mars and All the Pretty Horses. I had a long interview with her in 2014 about her art, music career, upcoming memoir, and her trans experience. I will be playing an excerpt of this interview.
