Yessssssssssssss.... Melvins are the Greatful Dead of Metal... always on the road... lot's of albums and differing musical shades.

Boris is like that too. Lots of different genres covered throughout their career but it usually centers around stoner metal/fuzz rock.

I think I do metal yoga all the time, albeit I'm not sure I'm getting any health beneftis from it.
