Also, since we're on a run of heavy rock stuff, could I throw down a request for some Town Portal? Maybe Archright off "Of Violence"?

Hahaha well, I guess slept on them in the sense that I can't believe I haven't listened to them more. Failure is one of my favorite bands and they went like 20 years before reforming and releasing new music also.

That was a real treat, since they were still disbanded when I first found them.

New Obscene is sick!

This is pretty solid. Not my favorite vocal style with the kinda speak-singing deal, but it's solid.

Yeah, it was a decent song.

Sounds a bit commercial, but that's not bad in and of itself.

Rework the vocals just a bit and I could see it featured in a film or used in that sort of way.

Yeah, Town Portal is one of those instrumental bands that always manages to keep things moving melodically in a way that keeps you from noticing the lack of vocals.
