    About the Hosts:

    Michelle Chan directs Friends of the Earth – US’s Economic Policy Program, which works at the intersection of finance, the economy and the environment. She is on the boards of AmazonWatch, BankTrack and the Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment; and has been a producer for Terra Verde since 2003.

    Laura Garzon Chica, an environmental anthropologist by training, is conducting research for a book about breakthrough energy technologies and geo-engineering. She co-founded Town Dawg Ecolodge and, as an artist, works in a range of mediums. Laura earned degrees from Stanford University and Dartmouth College before joining Terra Verde in 2010.

    Adrienne Fitch-Frankel, a two-time co-winner of Business Ethics Network awards, has worked with organizations including Global Exchange, Calvert Group, and International Rivers. Adrienne attended the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, UC Davis Martin Luther King School of Law, Oxford University, and Scripps College. She joined Terra Verde in 2005.

    Jason Mark is editor of the environmental quarterly Earth Island Journal. His writings about the environment have also appeared, in print or online, in The New York Times, The Atlantic, The Nation, and The Progressive, among many other outlets. TIME magazine once called him “a rebel with a cause.”
