The Rhythm Mechanic

Since 2012, Eric Hayslett (TRM) has hosted the weekly radio broadcast “The Drive Thru” on KKUP.org 91.5 fm. He is also active throughout San Jose and other Bay Area Arts communities. You can hear him playing bass most Sundays at Kingdom Worship Center International of San Jose. Eric’s e2music Productions, Media & Education has received grants from the San Jose Multicultural Artist Guild, Aart de Geus, founder of Synopsys, Castellano Family Foundation, Corning, Inc. and Bay Area Center of Cultural Innovation, for Lyrically Speaking Workshops in the Silicon Valley, and was selected by The Office of Cultural Affairs as a 2022 Creative Ambassador for The City of San Jose.

Eric Hayslett has been a workshop instructor for the San Jose Multicultural Artists Guild Arts Education Program since 2005, and an independent Artist Instructor for e2music Productions, Media & Education. He has created and teaches two After School Program workshops, Lyrically Speaking and Drum It Up. The two workshops have been shared at several school districts throughout the Bay Area.

Performance/Clients: As a member of different bands and arts groups, his clients are some of the bay-area top Fortune 500 companies, including Applied Materials, Hewlett Packard, Intersil/elantec, Lockheed Martin, NASA, National Semi, SF International Fine Arts, Kelly Productions of Monterey, Pebble Beach, Highlands of Carmel, San Jose Capital Club, City of San Jose, Santa Clara & Cupertino, San Jose Saber Cats, San Jose Multicultural Artist Guild, Patterson Unified School District ASP, Newman/Crows Landing Unified School District ASP, San Jose Jack & Jill, Boys & Girls Scouts of America, Day, Casebeer, Madrid & Batchelder Law Firm, Bay Area 4H Club, and Ariba, Inc., San Jose Links and 5Th Wave STEaM Program.
