Each show starts with Duncan’s Uplifting News story for the week, followed by upbeat party music (pau hana Friday!) of every description, all of which is selected with the purpose of getting your body to move. The party music begins to mellow out around 6:30PM, when Duncan serves up a Zen Poetry Moment. Then from 6:30 to 8 PM the music gets progressively more relaxed and relaxing so that by 8 pm we are all chilled out. It’s a great way to sliiiiide into the weekend…
