The NoCo Flow is a multi-genre show which blends roots, rock and soul music. A mixture of fresh, contemporary music with tunes from back in the day. If you’re passionate about threading musical connections through a variety of sets, this could be your passion.
Radio has been the center of Lex’s life from transistor radios to the internet/satellite evolution. He spent his early years in Jersey, tuned to Cousin Brucie’s top 40 on WABC, and NYC’s premier progressive rock station WNEW-FM. He moved to Fort Collins in 1974 and is grateful for the opportunity KRFC 88.9 FM Radio Fort Collins offers to blend fresh, new music with classic tunes. Roots, Rock and Soul!
