i do wonder what will happen to malls and commercial spaces that may very well never be occupied by large chains again after all this is over. i'm hopeful that land could be put to use building social housing

Oh yeah I think about that all the time. They need to redevelop malls with lots of housing. Hotels, mini golf, go karts , etc haha. But especially housing like at the old Laguna Hills mall and South Bay galleria in redondo
