i dont nap much anymore, they can make me groggy. but i dont have much sleeping issues luckily though

hmm good question james. honestly the beach in other times of year but for the hottest sunny places any shaded spot will do. I love day hikes so a place I can hike to a waterfall or something and hike back. it doesnt have to be super rocky and windswept in terms of mountain climbing

i loved hiking baldy

I also used to hike up to these waterfalls from the top of Sapphire Ave in rancho. can't remember what they're called. but they're closed now since people trashed them :(

I've heard it hppens but who here has ever worked out at 4am? I think earliest i ever did exercise was 6:30.

lol the earliest ive ever worked out is like 9 am

9 am feels too early for me these days😁

lol i sometimes procrastinate and end up having to do it like 10 or 11 pm

I used to get up at 4am for work. Wish I had a gym convenient. Dman loves working out! Gotta get super 8 pack abs!!

I used to workout at 5 am when I had a job that started at 7am.

I used to have a work out bench. Should get one again...

Just do those burpee workouts on YouTube and some cool headbands dman the results look worth it.
