I read an article 'bout Apollo 11 that mentioned a little known aspect of the mission. It seems that in order to bring back more 'Moon dirt', the astronauts tossed out a lot of, er, stuff to lighten the load. This included bags of 'fecal discharge'... do you understand, WE LEFT CRAP ON THE MOON! As if that wern't shitty enough, NASA wants to recover it to study how it's aged in that environment... jeez!

Lol! Well, it doesn't look like there will be a moon landing until 2024, Jeff!

I was on YouTube the other day, and I saw ELP performing "Karn Evil 9, 1st Impression Part 2" live at Cal Jam '74. And the drum solo Carl Palmer did...HOLY SHIT!!! HE FRICKIN' OBLITERATED EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING AROUND HIM!!!

Ha! I can just imagine him blowing people's minds with his drumming Dave!

...ya know, the Moon always shows the same side to planet Earth, so if we look at the 'face' side does that mean that it's perpetually 'Moon'ing the rest of the universe???

It truly was one of the most incredible displays of drumming I've ever seen!

Speaking of "weed related things", I went over to a shop that specializes in CBD products. I got some high potency CBD oil, as well as a free sample of CBD cream to apply to my poor long-suffering back. It felt pretty good all day, and I'll start the oil regimen tomorrow.

Damn right!! Although the stuff I got is more or less referred to as the "hippie's disappointment", due to the miniscule to no THC content in it. But hey, as long as it helps with the pain, I'm all for it, THC or not!

Outstanding Dave, glad to hear you've found some relief, if only temporarily... I have a friend who was dieing very slowly from all the medications he was being prescribed, they call it "death by meds", he's ben able to get completely off of them by using CBD based products, good news to be sure!!!
