Each week, I try to find the best from the most recent releases floating around the airwaves and interwebs. We also dip back into the archives from time to time because I'm crazy old. My daughter, The Lonely Girl, joined me a year ago playing a weekly set of R&B and Hip-Hop. "The Lonely Guy Radio Program" debuted in 1993, and hosting the show has been a part of my Saturdays for nearly 30 years.
