Growing up in the Bay Area, we had family friends in Reno that we used to visit. I always thought that overhead sign was so funny!

It's really a unique city and landscape. There's a lot of inherent kitsch tied to the gaming industry--what's fascinating is how it used to be glamour. I remember when the downtown arch sporting the "BLC" motto was redesigned. My parents took me downtown to watch on my dad's shoulders in the midst of a huge crowd as the new sign was lit.
