Hi Dan - I have not stayed at the HoCo... the noise level would get to me. When it's on my dime I tend to stay at the Hotel McCoy or Downtown Clifton when it's just me, but when my wife's along I kinda have to go upscale. Have you?

Yes. Memorial Day weekend of last year I drive out to Tucson to see 2 XIXA shows at the HoCo Plaza and stayed there. I didn't experience any 2nd Floor ghosts, but found the shower's water pressure issues to be pretty frightening, lol

I could definitely see if I were going to a show there, then it would be THE place to stay. And I just love the charm and character. But if my wife is along, she is usually up by 3:45AM which means if there's noise after about 8:30PM somebody's gonna die.
