Third studio LP from the longstanding comedy musician. "Dare to Be Stupid" is the sixth and final single from this album, a style parody of DEVO. Of this song, DEVO's Marks Mothersbaugh said the following: "I was in shock. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever heard. He sort of re-sculpted that song into something else and... I hate him for it, basically" further elaborating that Weird Al wrote a perfect - if not the most perfect - DEVO song.

From he experimental San Francisco band's sixth studio LP originally released in 1982. Formed by Damon Edge in 1976, Helios Creed would join a year later. Together, the duo released several LPs, EPs, and singles that came to define the classic Chrome sound. Following Edge's passing in 1995, Creed carried on the Chrome name and has continued to release albums since 1997.
