Longtime DJ who formed part of the first Latin Record Pool in the world International Latin Music Spinners, in The Bronx, New York. Wduring the 80's as East Coast Director of Promotions for TH Records while also writing a music column for Spanish weekly El Especial and the West Coast publication Mambo Beat...in the 90's he became General Manager and Director of Promotion for RMM/TropiJazz Records & Tapes while writing for Latin Beat Magazine. Moved to Los Angeles in 1997 where he continued to head RMM Records until 2001. Began at Alma Del Barrio in 2007 specializing in the history, charting and research of the music.
