Greenland;5, Canada, 6. Northern tier states( US states bordering Canada); 7. New England States. All music must come from musicians with significant contacts with the above territories. or music whose type originates in those areas; ie. Celtic bands from LA OK, but not LA salsa bands, but European salsa bands OK.
