The Quilting Hour seeks to celebrate the role of community, to learn from each other, teach each other, educate ourselves, provide a forum for meaningful discussion on issues that affect our lives and the lives of women, children, and men around the world,
combat the status quo which seeks to oppress women and girls in our society by attacking our self esteem, and self-identity, celebrate heroines real and mythical who inspire and move us, celebrate poetry and wisdom, report on issues that outrage our concern us, conduct interviews, welcome callers, laugh, entertain, and bring your sisterβs voice to the radio through the eyes of a variety of women.
