Then I will tack to starboard and put together a set for you Commuters and Night rangers, I will close the show with some of the music of one of my favorite bands of the last 5 years Larkin Poe, they rose to the musical summit last weekend wining a Grammy for best Contemporary Blue Album.

I was recently reading the FUNK Music Hall of Fame closed down. Located in OHIO, i hadn't ever thought about it but some of my favorite bands hail from OHIO and to be more geographically accurate South western OHIO the DAYTON area.. Dayton is known as the funk capital of the world. David R. There are many stacks of vinyl in the downstairs storage room, like the homeless they have not yet found their place , a home in our record library. Today we pull from the stacks to give the homeless a moment in the sun!

As we enter into the Holiday season, we are bombarded with media telling us we need this and that, better be good you know what I'm talking about. As a result of this barrage I have found that I ignore most of the noise as a coping mechanism. Today I have selected several PHAT tracks that allow you to practice that skill of active listening.
