Pursuer of "absolute music." Was discovered by Peter Baumann of Tangerine Dream, who produced this album.

A 20-year old Manuel Göttsching on guitar, Harald Großkopf on drums, and Rosi Müller on electronic giggling. The album art, and the music, makes me happy.

One of the more commercially successful early krautrock bands, known for their multimedia light shows and as being the house band for Conrad Schnitzler's Zodiac Club in Berlin. They produced this album after a trip through Egypt, Greece and Cyprus sponsored by the German Goethe Institute, and performed at the Munich Olympics that same year.

Formed out of a secession with a university commune to become a live band, and eventually affiliating with the "K1" commune, this record is typically deemed one of the first 2 or 3 "krautrock" records.
