Charlie Parker, Vince Guaraldi and Duke Ellington are some contenders for beautiful Christmas music

I like the brisket cut whether it's Texas barbecue, corned beef or pastrami or the slo cooked tomato based style.

Three serious winners right there. Corned beef, pastrami, ahhh... The stuff of dreams. And I wouldn't turn down any Texas barbecue in any way shape or form

Brian Setzer has some great guitar moments on Christmas tunes. Always loved the Willie Nelson Christmas LP that Booker T produced "Pretty Paper". Nice arranging
