My apologies for lack of introspection on this list. I keep it all year, and usually I'm a better caretaker, but this year was...weird. So, here's some songs I liked in February of 2020 and beyond, before I knew what 2020 would look like. This show also has a little detour into 80s easy listening library music. Thanks for the comment last week, Brian D.! You sent me down the library music rabbithole yet again.

My own annual 'best of' list is not very well populated by new releases. It's been a rough year, artistically speaking. Thank God for reissues ha ha ha ;)

This is by no means a complete retrospective!

I do keep another list of "songs that helped me through the year" that is new and old releases. I'm sure I'll have a totally perfect best of 2020 list by...2025? 2030?

Very funny! Me too! I've recently re-titled my annual list to "Music that Kept Me Ears On this Year"!

Hi Krista thanks for all ur efforts in playing music and talking nature this year ! I especially liked the ground hog family talk in the spring :)

Hopefully I will have a new groundhog family! I do have a bobcat so I can't complain (though they scream in the night)

the bobcat is OUTSIDE for any NJ Wildlife regulators out there

I can't imagine the pure hubris it takes to recreate an album down to the album art and then to nail it like Pure Bathing Culture did with Hats
