Dana K, it is! I taped the C86 vinyl comp from a friend about 30 years ago which I how I found out about it. I now have a CD reissue of that vinyl comp, I need to dig it out again

I saw James Chance play a gig in some West Philly basement about two years ago.

Dude was kind of burned out and mentally fried. But his band was fucking great. There was a guy playing a fretless guitar.
