There ought to be some in Philly. Some standard Indian restaurants offer a sub-menu of Indian Chinese. Can't vouch for the quality though.

I don't know if there are any places that are entirely that kind of food in Philly but definitely plenty of places have some dishes.

Oak Tree Road had regional Indian restaurants. What most people think of as Indian food is generally Punjabi style.

You can also drive on the original lincoln highway, first transatlantic "highway" (was actually just a series of roads that got made into a route). It's a little tricky to follow in nj though
