In covid 2020 period i found Broad St Naturals frozen discs of steak sandwich meat. Look like burgers but they unfold in skillet and transform into familiar cheeseteak meat. Throw them in when the onions are half done mmmm . Provolone on top, 3 slices , when meat done, roll on top then flip carefully. They were surprisingly good homemade cheeseteaks

very very intriguing. i usually source my cheesesteak meat from q-mart. @brian you're probably familiar, @everyoneelse you GOTTA check out q-mart lol

Childhood local fave was Amatos pizza in Fairless Hills . But i haven't had their steaks in long time. Hard to fit in when i have to order the plain pizza every time. No room for the sandwich in my belly

By the way, that first cheesteak I had in 30 years was no good.

Yeah i have been to Qmart once or twice long time ago. Not since we moved up here. I had a good steak sandw @ The Perk couple yrs ago.
