Love this Sons of Kemet too, I was at a Delaware store where they told me they carry Briotish jazz on new vinyl, meaning Sons of Kemet, Shabaka and the Anvestors and the like....

This was a nice surprise, I'd never heard of MUDANG ROCK till I found in in the Rec Ex used bin....

A new release coming in July from Alice Coltrane, some more of her spiritual music recorded for the ashram.

Orig lp remaster on 1st CD, live 1975 tour material on cds 2 & 3, single of Am I Going Insane replica on cd 4

Ya Ozz voice can be hit or miss live but I'm mainly there listening for Geezer & Tony

Oh i like them but just until 82 as far as recordings go. Never did see them live in prime. I was about 10 or 11 yrs old when Ozzy left band.

My older brother had them in the tiny bedroom we shared, they were both exciting and scary to me as an eight year old....

I always have the radar on for the 70s bands reissues/ boxes etc

Me two. I'm a "deluxe reissue" kinda guy, for all that stuff they've greedily kept in archives for years...

Right! The Miles "Complete" ____ Sessions series was exciting when those boxes started hitting...

Dylan boxes of last 10 - 15 years wow. The Floyd box thst came out in 2016 has all sorts of goodies.

But all that gets me to buy an item 5 times. The LP - worn out. The CD - nice clean sound. Remastered CD - okay! Reissue with bonus tracks - gotta get it. Deluxe Edition with behind the scenes DVD - oh alright....

And Crimson double wow.... Nice work there getting live releases of a given era, tour diaries, alt takes etc. Great boxes

The Who box years ago that had a double-CD of all of Townhend's LIFEHOUSE demos is something that deserves an individual release

Wish Doc Cosmo was here for all those King Crimson sets....

I like to revisit his "Scoop" demos too. Some beautiful versions. Pete T really knew how to demo and make use of home studio technology.

Yes I had such a great WPRB experience in i think July 2000 when Doc Cos did a wonderful Crimson show on his Fri night slot

I filled in before him a few times, cool and memorable hand-overs....

I had SECOND EDITION, like a piker, but I did get a Metal Box reissue around 2002 or so.

What a chaotic band. I keep reading about legendary live Springfield shows from early on but nobody pressed record

Lydon was right, spinning at 45 is the best, like those expensive double Blue Note recent reissues....

Agreed, Dan. They are a highly cultured society. We forget that after 9/11, Iranians spontaneously took to the street and marched in support of the USA.

I had a friend who discussed being chased out of Iran by the Ayatollah, then being taunted on American playgrounds as an Ayatollah supporter.
