Ya i saw a band from maybe Cleveland at Phila Folk Fest and another from NY state maybe doing the Eastern Euro music. The cimbalom stood out for sure. They did some "Kopanitsas" (odd time signature dance instrumentals in 11 beat or 13 beat patterns FUN! )
