For contractual reasons, Hatfield and the North had to rename all their songs on these archival compilations. Virgin may still own the rights to the titles. So Calyx becomes K-Licks.

I'm only playing 4 tracks from Boud Deun's 14 track epic composition "Churches", that lasts >30 minutes.

Track divisions are random. The composition contains many more that 14 sudden changes.

So all those sounds on the Weather Report cover that sounded like electric guitar were really Michael Kang's electric mandolin. Bill Nershi was on acoustic guitar there.

He plays an electric mandolin with single courses of strings instead of doubles, which creates a very guitarish sound
