Hi Chef. First time saw it was in Buffalo. Top of Kaiser Roll is salted , beef is rare, side of au jus for dipping. Great with a LaBatts or Molson.

I think the Police were my gateway drug to reggae. Not just their use of reggae elements in their music, but going to see them live, waiting for the shows to start, he venues would blast the most amazing reggae. It was so atmospheric and dreamy to a geeky little kid.
