Nice set. Cello and all, of which I'm rather partial. I love when the language does not get a chance to distract me from the tune.

The cello is definitely one of my fave instruments

I still have one sitting in a friends attic in Texas. The wood should be fully cured by the time I retrieve it... lol

I have had many instruments, master of none I am afraid, but I noodle and it plays like a bass. My bowing is so, so.

As long as you have fun doing it playing music is always valuable

Strings? I've own three violins and a viola and two cellos. I lost count of guitars... lol

I used to play the guitar but gave it to my dad bc he wanted to learn

I played the viola pretty poorly but never found a cello I could borrow :(

Clarinet is my main instrument but I don't really like it anymore

I could only get the flute to work, reeds throw me off and I don't want to build embouchure for horns. Not at this point.

The flute and I don't get on haha. My brain hates high pitched noises. I wanted to learn to play the tuba but my back said no

I did not expect that Mamas and Papas tune to be so good. Never heard it before.

I got conned into playing tuba because I was 6'4" and could carry it no problem. That did not last long. Not a marcher.

Sometimes I wonder what the world looks like from a really tall person's perspective

When I am next to profession basketball players that is when it dawns on me how I must appears to most others. It's really taken for granted. My ex-girlfriend was 5 foot even. Chinese and it was different. Shes back in China with other shorter people now.

I think some Tai Chi for cranial self defense might be a good option too.

Basketball players aren't that much taller than you though are they?

Most are. I was in Thousand Oaks getting a pizza and a couple of guys from the Dallas Cowboys came in and they were HUGE!

Those were just football players!

People over 6'2 all look equally tall to me ToT

When I see eye to eye or look up at someone it's kinda rare. I almost feel compelled to say something.
