I need some proper organizer for mine. Have two soft storage cubes but it's hard to find them the perfect size for 12" jackets now

Took a long time for Time Fades a Way to make it on to digital format. Was never put on cd for long long time.

My fave Neil! Yes, outta print for eons...my vinyl copy is real crusty but loved.

I don't think it's a case of Neil flat out "not liking it". More complex. Weird time in his life. Plus the way the recordings took place, type of tape, type of recording etc. That prevented a quality transfer onto digi. Neil likes it and not likes at same time... complicated...

ME, I love Time Fades, On The Beach, Tonight's The Night. Love all 3 of those! American Stars n Bars too. But those 3 especially.

Those are my sweet spots, too Bri!

Usually this is not a great song but I love how the instrumentation here adds an air of menace and tension

But there is a childrens book of this song

Bob's answer to Swingin on a Star maybe... or would you rather milk a cow? Yeah this one performed by this band in this era makes it work.

Replacing Pig with Dog in that lyric for no reason

I saw the rerun of the 1979 SNL performance a few years later in about 1981-82 sleeping over at friends. I remember Gotta Serve Somebody well. I liked it. Band was super laid back. Into it.
