Got a gift 3 bottle set of "El Molcajete" brand habañero hot sauce . Very good! And they're hot definitely but not too much. Not some silly show off datedevil stuff with no flavor. Regular, /Rojo and Green/ Verde. The pepper flavor is right up front; not the heat.

But I can only drop little drops here and there on whatever I want to put it on or in. Usually in combo w some other mild hot sauces

I like hot sauce that's almost painful but still flavorful. Rivera Hot Sauce based out of PA/NJ is great for that

I checked it's actually "DEL Molcajete ". Ya really good stuff. Love Cholula chili garlic too. And TJs taco sauce. Found this great fermented hot sauce up in Vermont last summer. Had to keep on ice in cooler on way home. It pops / hisses a little when opened. The magic of fermentation

Fermented hot sauce 🤔 I've had accidentally fermented hot salsa once, it had a strange heady kick to it. My go-to commercial hot sauce is yucateco green though. Someone in chat recommended Gator Hammock, also a great general sauce!

I used to work with an old guy who made Trinidad style hot sauce. Very very spicy, but delicious on its own thanks to the cilantro and mustard he added.

There are plenty! By me there's Repo Records, Vinyl Altar, Molly's Books, Brickbat... There's also Brewerytown Beats, Sit n Spin, Long In the Tooth, Philadelphia Record Exchange, Great Circles, and Common Beat Music

That's what comes to mind off the top of my head, one of my favorites was Wild Mutation but they closed a couple years ago
