Jon, I'm so damn old that I remember seeing the first Star Wars in a theater before anyone even knew what the movie was about....It was Epic to say the least...And it was all fresh and new as an unwrapped vinyl LP...

The first time my grandmother tried to take me to see Star Wars I got scared by the photos from the movie in the lobby and we didn't make it into the theater.

1st movie i can remember seeing in a theater was Return of the Jedi at Movie City 5 in Woodbridge. I rmust have been very young but i think i was prepared for it and had already seen the first two on VHS at home

@Uno, I will take things in an opposite direction and say that seeing my daughter completely head over heels in love with the High Republic Era series of books and comics and understanding it is completely "her Star Wars" is very freeing.
