This show explores the concepts of mediation, visualization, and ways to find peace amongst the challenges we all face in our daily lives through some simple self care.

It is being brought to our community during the COVID-19 pandemic as a source of information to help keep our stress levels down, boost the immune system, relieve anxiety, improve emotional health, and help process the uncertainty in the world in a way that promotes stability.

It airs on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am - 9am and in the begining of the show we participate in a guided meditation that is the same meditation all of these days. The repetition of the show is so that we are able to deepen our connection and practice of these different forms of meditation, additionally sometimes it is difficult to tap into some of the emotions we are accessing, and so one day one may not be able to fully bring up and process these emotions, but as we continue to practice throughout the week, one may be able to go deeper.
