as identification and wild harvesting for culinary and medicinal uses.
Chris has a presence at our local farmer's markets, including the
Saturday City Market and the West Asheville Tuesday Market. He explains
easy log inoculation and growing at home at home, as well as more
complex and equipment heavy growing that includes spores and spore
creation. Discussion of wild harvesting ethical practices that are
important for preserving species and numbers, and how to get the
mushrooms you discover identified, and resources for learning more.
