Our show is called "Del Camino" which means "Of the way" or "Of the road" in Spanish. This can mean many things like the journey and cross-roads of life. The title of this show represents the co-hosts' shared love of different subjects, languages, philosophy ("The Way" is also an ancient Chinese philosophy called the "Dao"), social issues, and the exploration of the meaning of life. Each week the show will have a different theme and guest(s). Our guests will range from professors to friends. We want to bring in anyone and everyone to discuss topics like "what is creativity?" to climate change to Mozart's influence on rock to the effects of the prison industrial complex to movements going on in Columbia to any new albums coming out or just any hot takes our guests have. The themes will fluctuate depending on any news coming out at the time of the show or just topics that our guests are passionate about. The music that we play will attempt to relate to the subject matter of each show and we will give a short description of why we chose those songs. The format of the show will include the guests speaking first and then conclude each episode with music. The episode will fluctuate between speaking and music playing.
