The show will feature shoegaze music from the late 80s and 90s, and additionally modern dreampop/shoegaze artists appearing right now, such as ones involved with Luminelle Records. The name of the show is a word play off of the film title Dazed and Confused because as a filmmaker, I love incorporating shoegaze music into my theory of film when I am screenwriting and editing. Also, shoegaze music can be very off-putting and confusing. The format would be a two hour long show filled with shoegaze music and breaks in discussion of fun facts about the bands and the progression of 80s/90s shoegaze into modern interpretations of the genre.
