I’ll spin tunes by The Beatles, David Bowie, and Wings, and there are tons of musical birthdays to celebrate-- Frank Zappa, Robin and Maurice Gibb of The Bee Gees, Adrian Belew, Chet Baker, Cab Calloway, Lee Dorsey, Annie Lennox of Eurythmics, Noel Redding of The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Duke Fakir of The Four Tops, Billy Bragg, Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam, Johnny Kidd of Johnny Kidd & The Pirates, Ariel Bender of Mott The Hoople, Alan Parsons, and Peter Criss of Kiss. Plus my kids show up.

Musical milestones-- Legends James Brown and Dean Martin died, The Beatles topped the album chart, Queen released a masterpiece, and a song about a satellite went to #1. I’ll spin tunes by Simon & Garfunkel and Elvis Presley, and celebrate the musical birthdays of Cab Calloway, Annie Lennox of Eurythmics, Chet Baker, Adrian Belew, Lee Dorsey, Johnny Otis, Duke Fakir of The Four Tops, Scotty Moore, twins Robin and Maurice Gibb of The Bee Gees and Eddie Vedder. Plus my kids crack jokes.
