Just want to mention that I can get the Z to play over my Google smartspeaker simply by saying, "play WZBC". Comes in over Tune-in.

Nobody really makes a good FM radio these days so I generally use a tablet and a good bluetooth speaker. I don't have audiophile ears but it sounds good to me.

Not to observe apolitically correct. But the brass band is black guys. Joy Division couldn't be anymore white unless transparent.

. LoveWillTearUsApart could be the most covered song of the past 4 decades...

A few years back a DJ on 'MBR did a 2 hour show of covers of LWTUA. Could probably do an 8 show these days.

The smart speaker quality isn't that great anyway. I usually only use Tune-In while in the car. I hate to say it, but when I'm in Boston, I stick to the stream. It sounds better in my car than the radio signal.

Here at my desk, I'm listening via iTunes.

The on air signal is WAY more processed with an Omnia processor, the stream is practically off the board, very little processing.

Figured as much.

At work I am accessing the stream via Winamp @ 128K. Gotta keep the volume at a reasonable level with co-workers and such.

RE the LWTUA covers, I would preclude any such claim with, "Aside from just about any Beatles song..."
