Tune in and turn on, and we will trip inwards and outwards, following the light regressions.

It might be aurally exciting too.

It's been 22 weeks straight now that I've had the privilege to do weekly radio at WZBC on Wednesday nights.

Join me tonight, we'll have tea, and will get spacial, and might even throw a few blows against the empire.

no, not remastered, just awesome. No worries about the msistatement. I took 20 years off to raise my kids. Being able to do shows the last few years has been great. The last 6 months have beena godsend.

@Jamie Did you come back on because of COVID scattering the students?

I had been subbing for a good while for the Green show on Mondays, and occasionally during breaks, weekly Wednesdays started when Judy reached out to fill shows when Covid hit.

I actually did my very 1st ZBC Rock show in March. That was fun.

I also had the privilege of doing the very last show in the old studio. The new studio is gorgeous. The totally redid the space.

I would love to see the new space some day soon. It would be fun to come down and actually do a show in the studio

it would be great to have access to the music library there.

I'm trying to get my mind around the fact that Grace Slick is 81

it is kinda freaky. I was bummed when Kantner passed.

Jorma does a weekly acoustic stream on Saturday evenings that's awesome. He was talking about her calling to see how the dog was last week.

I was *just* reading about the show on his website. Glad to see he is till active at 80

and he can still play and sing. It's worth checkingout. His youtube page is Fur Peace Ranch.

Occasionally Jack Casady will stream from his place and play to Jorma's stream. It can be pretty cool.

They've toured fairly regularly the last few years, often with Steve Kimock playing guitar with them.

the dreams were like a hitchcock movie...either the record library got longer and longer or the TT kept getting farther away..

damn, that sucks Peter. Wait til you see the new studio. You sit at the desk looking out at rows of albums and cd cabinets. All wwithin feet.

Kimosk was part of teh sand Keith adn Donna Godchaux formed after quittnig the Dead. WHen Keitj Died, Steve and the drummer Greg Anton, formed Zero with John Cippolina from Quicksilver Messenger Service.

Jerry Garcia once said in an interview that Kimock was his favorite new guitar player. The story goes Steve called Garcia and told him not to send his smelly fans to his shows. Dont know if it's really true, but it's kinda funny.

I saw hawkwind tour in the US after that LP came out and the best thing was Nik Turner coming out playing his saxophone wearing a frog suit head to toe (orpheum theater)

Loved that Jimi track made me wanna play Todd Rundgren "#1 Lowest Common Denominator".. or Fanfare..

that must've been freakin awesome. I saw them 1st at Johnny D's in 89.
