We commemorate the anniversary of the Nakba (catastrophe) that began 70 years ago and continues unabated today. Dr Abdul Fattah Abusrour (director of the Al Rowwad Theater) recounts his own lengthy experience at the receiving end of The Nakba. Abed (as he is known) was in Cambridge in 2014 at an Al Rowwad fundraiser. His story is a stunning reminder that Israel has been permitted to run roughshod over the lives of Palestinians.

Talk Nation Radio (one of TJR's treasured sources) Available at TNR's website talknationradio.org 2018
Torture is illegal, right? And Gina Haspel is an unapologetic torturer. Well, that doesn't seem to bother our elected leaders, even some democrats, today. In fact, they have now made her head of the CIA! Davidson explores Haspel's sham claim of compliance with the so-called Army Field Manual. In fact it permits torture as long as it's called something else.
