Hope the cutting board isn't wood. No wood in a dishwasher.

If you fill a dishwasher completely, you typically use less water. New dishwashers run for a LONG time so they can use less water. There's still lots of people convinced that hand washing is always better than machine washing. I don't think so.

And finally, be sure to clean out your dishwasher from time to time. Clean out the filter at the bottom or you'll be in for a world of aggravation.

my last (and first) colonoscopy was the best sleep I've had in years

I did have a coworker who spent 4 days in the hospital after his colonoscopy. Did not go well.

If we're telling stories...scheduled for a colonoscopy back when I was 50. Just after it started apparently, my heart stopped. Vasovagal response they said. Ambulance took me to ER, cardiologist gave me a thumbs up that night and the procedure was done the next day. Easy enough but probably won't have one again.
